The apartment is a 🐕 pet friendly three bedroom room, but only one 👩 femaleroommate is in the unit. She is pretty quiet and nice with no pets.There is a lot of space in the kitchen to be filled up with your stuffs, everything working out well. 📺 tv in the living room and two nice big lamps. The bedroom is great with two large 🚶 walk in closets, full body mirrors, full XD sized bed. Bathroom has a tub shower. A carpet included and a good desk with chair and space for your books and computer. There are no bed bugs ,mosquitoes or roaches near. All the unit is % 🎇clean. My rent is because it’s included the parking lot and the liability insurance required to live in here but I will give you the difference in advance for the year and I will also pay the application and sublease fee. I will help with anything you need if it’s the first ⌚time moving in to 💚 USF off campus
