Hello! I&#;m looking to sublease my apartment at Lofts beginning August.
Move in date is flexible! I&#;ll be moving out the first few days of August and you can move in ASAP afterwards. This is earlier than most move in dates and is perfect if you want to avoid everyone moving in at once or are a graduate student/intern that needs to be here before classes start.
Rent is $ per month, all utilitiesincluded. I can pay the month of August and the subleasing fee. The lease ends July .
The room is a private 1x1 in a 4x4. Currently, only one graduate student is living here and the other two rooms are being assigned.
The apartment is on the third floor and only a few steps away from the elevator. My room is the room furthest right, directly connecting to the kitchen. The room has its own private bathroom and two windows. You can also lay claim to all of areas in the ⛄ fridge and pantry in the common area.
The room is furnished and includes:
- Twin XL bed
- A night stand
- 2 sliding closet mirrors
- 2 small dressers that fit under the bed
- A desk with storage space up top
- 📺 tv with cable package, including HBO
- Private bathroom with lots of storage, bath tub + shower
The unit also has a washer and dryer. The complex itself is right next to the Bull Runner C Route and the Publix is a short 🚶 walk away. The complex itself is full of amenities (🏊 pools, fitness center, free🍕 foodevents, etc.) which can be found on their website as well.
