Lofts Apartments
Hello everyone! If you’re looking for a sublease for a year then I have one waiting for you! I accidentally resigned my lease and I can no longer stay at but it is a ❤️lovely apartment complex with amenities such as a 🏊 pool, 🍔 grills, hour club house (great place to study) , a fully functional gym, and a computer room!
My lease comes with covered parking, first floor 🏊 pool view and high ceilings (like a loft). The floor plan is a 4x4 with 2 wonderful 👩 girlroommates and one 👨 guyroommate. They have 2 cats so the lease is 🐕 pet friendly.
The roommates I lived were are 🎇clean, friendly, and fun so you’ll have no problem with awkwardness! They are really nice people and are all undergrads at 💚 USF.
The price includes everything mentioned above. As of right now that is the cheapest rate with everything included for this apartment. My lease can be signed any⌚time now and will go through July of next year. I am already moved out so it would be all up to you when you’d want to move in to the humble abode 🙂
The apartment is a minute 🚶 walk from Publix and the Marshall Center. If you wanted to want to class it is entirely possible.
