1 private room with private bath and washer and dryer are conveniently in the apartment beside the kitchen. It is fully furnished with a ☢ microwave, dishwasher, ⛄ fridge, freezer, couch, 📺 tv in the living room but not in the private room. Wifi, 🌊 water, and 💡electricity are included in the monthly rent.
Apartment and 2 roommates are very 🎇clean and quiet with no smoking.
Both roommates are 👩 female students at UNCW.
There is no damage. You can move in as soon as you want as I am trying to leave as soon as possible.
I&#;m switching apartments but have a lease until July . I can&#;t be there anymore because of work. I&#;m very happy to show you the apartment any ⌚time just email me. This wouldn&#;t be temporary, you can live there as long as you&#;d like. Once you sign the sublease it&#;s your place to live without any worries! You can sign your lease for longer if you want to as both roommates intend to stay there until they graduate.
You are allowed to have cats and dogs, but there aren&#;t any in the apartment.
