Apr 2016: Good place to live. Nice living for the price. Amenities are very nice and new. The staff can be slow to answer sometimes but they will fix your problem. Close to campus and downtown. No safety issues that I have noticed. No noise complaints. Review from 4/11/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: I was so happy when I first moved in almost 2 years ago. The staff was amazing and I loved my apartment. Now everything has gone down hill here, and I can say I will NOT be resigning my lease. I would advise people not to live here, it's just problem after problem now and I have to do all the follow up, the staff does not follow up at all. Review from 4/8/16 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2016: t's a really nice place to live. The staff and neighbors are extremely friendly. Maintenance staff are quick to fix the issue and they are really friendl y. Having everything inclusive is really nice as well. Helps you save up as much as you can by the end of the month. Review from 3/4/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: I love living here. The price is right and we are close to everybody. The people in the office are very nice as well. We love the pool and amenities esp. In the Summer. We have been here for over 3 years now and will probably continue to re sign our lease until we are ready for a house. Review from 11/16/15 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: The main complaint I have with The Reserve is the staff in the office. I have been living here for four years, and it seems like every month there is an issue with the bill. You can never reach them through email, and when you go in person they seem to know less than you about the issue. Then when they say they have corrected the issue, the next month it is obvious nothing has been done. It is getting quite tiring, and I am thankful this is my last year in this apartment complex. Nov 2014: You know, I would have been fine with the fact that my 60 day notice was late and these guys were going to charge me for additional days of rent until 60 days after my move out notice was given. If they had told me that was their intent. They didn't. I completed what I believed was an on-time move out around September 18, 2014, and they never once mentioned that, "Oh, by the way, you're moving out 10 days early and do you perhaps want to stay for those extra days you're paying for?" The management told me I had a refund coming. They told me it had been processed and mailed, even. When I called to ask where it was, oh, two months later, they said it hadn't been mailed because it was wiped out by the debt I owed for those additional 10 days of rent mentioned above. Jul 2014: I was a prior tenant. Liked it at first, but dog waste was a constant issue (even on the sidewalks) and full poop bins. Dog park was not maintained. They said there was a breed restriction, but they allow ANY breed. There are tons of pitbull mixed and full breed, doberman, German Shepard, etc. They do not enforce the rules they make the tenants enforce. These are way overpriced apartments. You hear every single step from the neighbor above you and/or beside you. Told there is a courtesy officer; however, RARELY is that person available or actually picks up the phone. Vehicles have had their tires stolen off them, tires have been slashed, armed robberies have occurred in the parking lot. Review from 7/23/14 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2012: I will be frank, the Reserves are pretty good. They do back up to some government projects but are very nice. Lots of college kids around my age and lots of nice friendly residents. My favorite thing is that when i make my one payment i pay for my roof, basic cable, internet, power, and water. That is quite convenient. My only downfall is there is no assigned parking! If you get home after 7 you are parking in BFE! Its definitely worth checking out. Review from 9/15/2012 on Google
