I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Lighthouse student living. It is conveniently located only 5 minutes 🚶 walking distance from UNCW. It has great amenities ranging from a 🏊 pool, hot tub, updated gym, 🕶️ tanning bed, 🍔 grills, a hammock area, printers, computers, game room, and 🎥 movie room. The apartment is fully furnished, and includes a washer and dryer, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, huge 🚶 walk-in closets, and large bathrooms for each room. The staff is extremely kind and is always there to help me. My apartment has three bedrooms, and both of my 👩 femaleroommates are friendly, 🎇clean, and kind. One roommate will be abroad for the spring semester so there will only be one roommate in apartment until the summer. Due to Hurricane Florence, my roommates and I just had to move apartments, so the apartment room is brand new and just moved into. The only reason I am moving is to move in with family for personal financial reasons. I truly believe that Lighthouse is a great apartment complex to live in.
