1 bedroom in 3 beds 3 baths. w/d in unit
My names Kase. I am currently living in Carolina Cove Apartments in Wilmington, but need a 👩 female college student to sublease as soon as January or February. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom student apartment that is square feet total with kitchen, dining room, and living room. My lease ends July th, so you would be living there for 5 to 6 months, unless you ❤️love it so much you want to renew your lease after July! My rent is $ a month, which includes 🌊 water, trash/sewer, washer and dryer included in apartment,⌚time Warner internet, and cable. 💡electricity is also included, but has a $ allowance cap, so you will be paying the difference if you go over. I have 2 👩 female roommates. They mostly keep to themselves and are very mature, both . (not party people). Some amenities included here at Carolina Cove are: Resort-Style 🏊 pool, 😎 tanning booth, heated spa, hammock garden, private 🌉 gated entry, on-site wave transit, basketball court, beach volleyball court, -hour fitness center, and only minutes from Cape Fear Community College and 7 minutes from UNCW! Also very close to the mall and any fast 🍕 food 🍔 restaurants, as well as 🍕 food Lion and Walmart. Everything you need is so close! If you have any questions please refer to Carolina Coves website: http://livecarolinacove.com/ or give me a text/call!
