Jun 2019: I was very happy with my move in process. Everyone in the office is super helpful. When I unlocked my door for the first time I was honestly blown away. The floors were amazing and all the space is a plus. The laundry room is definitely my favorite part about this place. It's HUGE. Apr 2018: Edit: they did the steps needed and address this issue properly. If i didn't have a mold issue, i would love to live here. I'm just extremely senstive to mold, Unfortunately due to my chronic inflammation. :(
Since moving into my apartment, i have found nothing but faults. First the pantry door was broke, then my window seal doesn't seal, then ac duct was so filthy, theres zero light fixture in my living room, on top of that i found mold growing behind my stove, they lied to me about their teeatment for mold claiming they remove the board, but no they only spray antifungals and paint over the mold instead of hiring professionals. To beat it all my doctor even confirmed i need a new residents due to my severe mold allergies, but again they only care about money. My health is falling apart living here. Apr 2017: I had no problems while residing there for 3 years, I will admit that it is over-priced, but any issues or questions I had was handled within 24 hours. I started with my rent being 765.00 but in 3 years it was up to 900.00; and it was time for me to leave, I only wanted to rent, not purchase! Review from Google
Jan 2017: Great experience. The staff and maintenance are top notch. The units are large with individual patios. Noise between units is almost non existent and the location to shops,groceries, and downtown is great.

Dec 2016: Nice place to live. Safe and overall quiet. Friendly professional office staff. Close to everything including hospital, restaurants, grocery story. Well kept grounds. Nice pool area and playground. I would recommend to a friend.

Nov 2016: Quiet neighborhood and very clean appearance. The staff is very polite and are there when you need them. They are very dependable and are willing to work with you when its convent to the mover. The community people are very respectful and not loud.

May 2016: Living at Canterbury Woods Apartments is great. If any thing goes wrong in your apartment it is fixed immediately no hesitation
Everyone is courteous and professional. The grounds are kept up they always look very good when you walk through.
Review from 5/20/16 on Apartment RatingsMay 2016: I really love the interior of my apartment and how clean the units are kept. The grounds are well kept, and the staff is very kind and friendly. However, the noise level makes being a graduate student extremely difficult, and after filing multiple complaints with management, it is not improving. I spoke to the office about issues with multiple neighbors: dogs barking, children throwing things at cars and screaming at 6am, men yelling about their murder trials in the hallway. I was assured a general noise complaint would be filed with the building and I would be further contacted, but this has not happened. While the office is very friendly and approachable, there seems to be a serious lack of follow through.

Apr 2016: Very comfortable community and almost everything required for day-to-day existence is within walking distance. In addition, Greenfield Park, a lovely green space, is also within walking distance. If there is anything else you need, should only take a short drive.

I have had great response from management for any issues that needed attention. Neighbors are pretty decent. Wished they were more approachable. Management is available every day at the office. Had no pests whatsoever in my place. Overall, is a very good apartment.

Private and quiet neighborhood, minutes to anything, friendly staff and neighbors.
CONS:
Over priced for the area. Buildings are older. Had roach issues when first moved in and it, as well as molding in the bathroom. Also our ceiling in our pantry/ water heater room was caving in. Maintenance never came in a decent amount of time. They advertised their at lower than it was and didn't notify me of the change before signing my lease. Was told I would have a washer and dryer and then after moving in didn't even have the hookups to install my own. Grounds aren't well manicured. Not enough parking. don't reply to emails promptly, (extremely frustrated with this especially!!!!!)

Nov 2015: Friendly office and maintenance staff. Canterbury woods is in a safe neighborhood and close to the hospital, mall, grocery stores, and not too far from the beach. Neighbors are really nice. The grounds are kept clean and neat. Quite a few water bugs if you're close to the pond area across the street. However, pest control does come out upon request.

I rented from afar - the agents I worked with responded quickly and were really helpful, and everything was ready to go when I got here. Pet friendly, reasonable rates, washer and dryer were even available. While there is no longer a volley ball court or the social events the website mentioned, there is a really nice pool, and the staff is SUPER on top of their game.

When I informed the office (so they wouldn't keep charging me the monthly pet rent) they gave me a partial refund on the pet deposit. These guys are awesome and I only moved because of my job.
