I am looking to move back home next semester so I am trying to find someone to Sublease. The lease is up July th, . It’s a 🌉 gated community. Master bedroom, master bathroom, and 🚶 walk in closet. Utilities and furnitureincluded. WiFiincluded. 🌉 gated community, has a gym, 🏊 pool, lounge area, etc. so many amazing things! I have a nice roommate. She is very 🎇clean and nice, also isn’t loud. I WILL PAY JANUARY AND FEBRUARY RENT plus sublease fee. This complex is really close to UNCW. Maybe a three minute drive, there is also 🚍 bus pickup. It’s right in the center of everything. It’s an amazing place to live!
