I am moving out of my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in mid-June and looking for someone to fill my room.
Unit is in Avalon Apartments, conveniently located close to Market St. amenities (Target, Walmart, etc). Apartment complex has great amenities: swimming 🏊 pool, -hr fitness center, and business center/printer. Our specific unit is on the second floor and adjacent to a wooded lot. Windows in the room look out into tree canopy. Bedroom has huge 🚶 walk-in closet. Bathroom has medicine cabinet and full linen closet. Kitchen and living room are nicely furnished, but the bedroom and bathroom will be empty beginning mid-June.

Rent is $/month (includes cable, internet, valet trash, and in-unit washer/dryer) plus 💡electric ($) and 🌊 water ($) for a total of $/month. If you plan on bringing a pet, there is a $ 🐕 pet deposit fee and a $ increase to your portion of the rent (roommate❤️loves animals, but is unfortunately allergic to cats). Our lease ends on October 6, but there is opportunity for extension if you are interested.
