Aug 2019: Horrible experience. Avoid management personnel Devern. Review from Google
Feb 2019: Good apartments, but should lower rent costs for occupants. Review from Google
Nov 2018: While it is affordable, there are some setbacks. Maintenance does not come unless there is a serious emergency like mold. The internet is new and every individual unit has their own. The overages have been the biggest issue. You are not notified about them, and they can be an additional $40-$50 a month on top of your rent. Our leasing agent has not been here since August so you will have to contact the School at Spring Garden St for any issues and hope they get resolved. The building is old so the steps are pretty dirty. I would only live here on a six month lease, just if you need a place to stay with bare essentials. My bathroom and bed room is clean but if you do not clean weekly you will notice it can get dirty fast, especially your carpet. The water does not stay hot longer than 15-20 minutes so be cautious of how long you shower for. It Review from Google
Sep 2018: The WiFi here is complete trash, the management isn’t really the best, they’re never at the front office. The only decent thing is having my own closet and bathroom for so cheap but I wouldn’t come back. Also I can literally hear everything my roommates and neighbors do so that’s nice... May 2018: Warning. These people will take your $30.00 application fee knowing you don't meet their income requirements. I made sure to give them proof of income BEFORE filling out application. Got a letter saying they require co-signers to make 6x the rent in income per month. They should have told me that before taking my money. Shady. Review from Google
Mar 2018: I moved in August of 2017 and have enjoyed living here since. I've already renewed my lease for the coming year knowing there is no other place I would rather stay. The staff try their best to help any situations and are always kind and welcoming when entering the office. I enjoy the spacious bedrooms and private bathroom, plus large closet space which is great for me because I have way too many clothes but all fits in there perfectly. If there are ever any technical issues in the apartment they are always fixed by maintenance as soon as possible usually by the next day. I can't think of anywhere else I would rather live while I'm in Greensboro! Review from Google
Mar 2018: I really enjoyed staying here for 3.5 years. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The apartments are fairly new (built Review from Google
Mar 2018: This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in while being in Greensboro. From the start, the office staff is very helpful and easy to work with. They were willing to help with any questions or issues I had moving in and throughout living there. The apartment itself was up to date and very nice. The only thing that did not seem to work when I first moved in was the dishwasher, but the Spartan Crossing maintenance guys were there within the week and had it fixed like new. Would definitely recommend this place over any other student housing I have lived in. (i.e. University Village, Student Quarters) Review from Google

Mar 2018: I am a resident here, but my car got towed from the parking lot. Borrowing a car from family since I moved in about a month ago, I got my car back and had simply forgotten to transfer the parking sticker to my car. A week later and soon after realizing this (and literally in the middle of the night), my car is towed - costing me $165 and an uber fee to get there. And after explaining this to the front office, all I'm told is "there's nothing that we can do for you; the rules are the rules"? Yes, this is true. It is a rule, and technically there is nothing from my knowledge that you legally have to do. But I believe that you do own the lot, so let's not say that there is nothing that you can do (when you make the rules to begin with). And I do believe that you have a responsibility to listen to and support your residents. Lesson from this story Review from Google
Oct 2017: Just throw the entire complex away..Moved in and been living here for 2 months and I'm over it. Never again. Appliances are super out dated (my washer and dryer is one my great grandparents probably owned), the wifi connection is terrible, shootings and fights in the parking lot, management constantly quits, surprised there isnt a big sinkhole in the parking lot yet, walls are like paper, cable goes in and out, and managers stay on your a** for money. Worst housing experience I've had next to Campus green by NC A&T....OH and dont even think you're going to find parking after 9:00 when the bars are all open! Review from Google
Jan 2017: i would give it a zero if i could this place is garbage enough said and they want to charge $460 a month lmao they have jokes Review from Google
Nov 2016: The rest of the reviews are accurate. I am currently living here and I can't wait until my lease is up to leave. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors peeing and having sex. There is an office located on the property and is never open. You also have to pay for a $25 gate card, and and the gate never closes. The parking spaces are very small amd first come, first served. This is the worst place I've ever lived. Review from Google
Jun 2016: Rent is $395 but they are planning to go up on the rent when you resign without fixing any complaints that you may have. The apartment is unfurnished and infested with bugs. The carpet gets dirty quickly and the bathtub is falling apart. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The only perks are it comes with appliances like washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. And it's close to UNCG's campus. Review from Google
Jul 2014: 1) Management is horrible. The manager Betty is nice to you only when you want to sign the lease, then after you sign it, it's like they don't care for their customers. 2) They don't have flexible service hours. So if you get locked out, you're doomed and have to pay for a locksmith. 3) Internet is slow and doesn't work. Ever since I moved in in May, my internet has not been working. Every time I call the office, someone is always rude and gives me an attitude. 4) That being said, NO customer service, whatsoever. They never call back, unless you're calling to sign a lease. They only care for your money and for you to sign the lease, period. Though it's cheap, the place is horrible and I and my roommates fully regret having signed a lease here. Review from Google
