I signed a month lease (August th, - July st, ) for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome at The Vic, which is a great & convenient location near UNCG. I lost my job and now Im unable to afford to live there. Everything is included in the rent, $/month, (Cable📺 tv, Internet, 🌊 water, Sewer, Trash) aside from the 💡electricity which is based on your usage. There is an additional utilityfee, $3./month, and you MUST purchase renters insurance which is offered through the apartments for $./month or you can purchase your own elsewhere. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
