Wonderful apartment community located off of spring garden close to UNCG and A&T. The unit comes fully furnished including a 📺 tv in the living room. The lease includes cable in all rooms as well as a 🌊 water and 💡electric allowance. There is an in-unit washer and dry that comes with the lease as well. The room is located on the second floor with a private bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. My reason for leaving is I am moving in with my significant other and no longer use the unit. My lease ends in July . I have one quite roommate who is very sweet!
