Jul 2017: Unless you're down and out and need a last resort place to leave spare yourself the headache of staying here!!! Staff and Maintenance are extremely rude and have no professionalism.. I have never had a landlord or maintence staff speak to me how I've been addressed while living here! You get EXACTLY what you pay for don't let the cheap rates fool you!!!!!!! Review from Google
Jun 2017: I just recently moved out of these apartments. Great for starting out ,or college students. They accommodated my two large dogs with no problem, my neighbors were very quiet and respectful.Karen is a sweetheart and Juan is the best maintenance person I've ever met. They handle all issues in a timely manner. The only reason we moved was because we were robbed while on vacation and I'm a stay at home mom who no longer felt safe at home. The area has been riddled with robberies and thefts since the beginning of the year and has a bad history of crime.

May 2017: Never had an issue with the staff nor my neighbors. I recommend this apartment if you wish to save money and live relatively close to uptown/uncc. Be wary of the negative anecdotes from other reviewers--the staff are human too and the space is worth the price.

Aug 2015: Lived in a 1 bedroom for 3 years, office workers were always very helpful & cordial, maintenance work/requests handled promptly. Accommodated my pets with no problems at a great rate. Worked in the service industry, routinely returned home late (3-4am), many times to find people who did not live/belong in the complex parked outside my building "meeting/waiting" for someone. Often times I had to personally tell them to get lost. Police presence is very low unless called. Overall, good value for your dollar, just expect late night "traffic/characters" who don't belong there out front of your building. Review from Google
