Hi! I am subleasing my room at University Village. This apartment is in 🚶 walking distance of campus but has a 🚌 shuttle as well. It&#;s also directly across the road from a 🚌 bus stop. Three other 👩 girls live here but are all full-⌚time workers and students so we all keep to ourselves. Utilities are included in the rent without a cap as well as free wi-fi across the property. Amenities include a game room in the clubhouse, a 🏊 pool, volleyball court, computers with free printing, a 🕶️ tanning room, and multiple community events throughout the year. In my rent is 2 🐕 pets and renters insurance so if you don&#;t have 🐕 pets and choose to obtain insurance through a different company rent runs around a month!
