My room is up for lease for the spring semester !! If you&#;re interested in moving in early you can move in as soon as January 4th. It&#;s conveniently located right across the main entrance of campus. I have 3 👩 femaleroommates who are all incredible and in the common space often. We are all students at UNCC. We have a very 🎇clean apartment and would like a roommate who keeps it 🎇clean as well! It&#;s fully decorated other than my bedroom for lease that will have a bed, desk, and dresser for you! You also have your own bathroom across the hall. All utilities are included in the monthly $ rent.
There are great amenities at this apartment complex included a parking pass, a gym, 🏊 pool, sky deck, hammocks, fire pit, mini arcade and more!
