Jan 2018: It' been two week I have given compliant there is no response. they don't care about any issues. This is worst apartment don't take lease it in this apartment. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Excellent Property Management staff! Extremely professional & courteous... good luck Tish & team! This has been our best experience so far now that we are living in US for almost 9yrs. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Loud, I mean LOUD neighbors. The fansy flooring signz at the front of the apartment complIx are a joke. I hears everything my neighbors do. I midus well work for the Secret Service or FBI I hear so much. It sounds like the FLOOR is caving. MUSIC ALL NIGHT. you can talk to managers they aint gonna do a damn thing tho Review from Google
Jun 2017: Great place to live I wouldn't live any place else. The staff are fabulous and respond promptly. Review from 6/3/17 on Google
May 2017: We lived at the Highlands for a year, and I loved it! The complex is quiet and clean, the apartments are wonderful (You have the option to get an upgraded or standard apartment. We were in a standard three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment, and it was exactly like the model we were shown.). The management team was always available and responsive and took great care of us. Great great place to live. I'm so sad that we have to relocate. Review from 5/30/17 on Google
May 2017: Just wanted to say, I intended to move into different Apartment complex in April 2017, I went to the complex the day before my move in date to make sure the apartment was ready for move in, when the Leasing agent took me to the apartment that I was suppose to move into it was nothing like the model that was shown to me, the appliances were old and dirty, carpet was worn and fireplace rusty it looked terrible and not ready for move in. Review from 5/25/17 on Google
Apr 2017: Went to view the apartments and the staff person did not have the time to take us on a tour. She wanted to take 3 different groups of people at one time. We left feeling that this company does not value potential clients. I called back to let management know that they lost a potential renter because their attendant did not want to make more than one trip to show an apartment, but their automated phone system was even less personable and 5 hours later I still have not got a call back from the message I left them. Review from 4/20/17 on Google
Apr 2017: Love this place. Quiet community never had any trouble. Management knows me by name and maintenance always handles things issues within my home the same day. Would definitely renew if I wasn't graduating.

Mar 2016: I had a very frustrating experience trying to tour an apartment i was interested in at this complex. On 3/24/16 i called about a unit i saw listed on this appartments website for $835. Over the phone i was told the price would be closer to $900 because of current demand. Once i was in the office the real price came out, $999 was quoted to me. I was also told that there would be a non negotiable cable fee of $50 added on top of that. Long story short, the price on the web was $250 cheaper than what i was quoted in office. Review from 4/23/16 on Google
Apr 2015: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE staff. They have the SLIGHTEST clue what they are doing but will sure tell you to pay your money. Not to mention SCREW YOU when you move out. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND MOVE ELSEWHERE!!!! Review from 4/07/15 on Apartment Ratings
May 2014: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! We have been living here since 2011 and I'm very dissatisfied with the place. The Office staff is very unresponsive and unreliable. Management has changed hands approx 3 - 4 times in the 3 yrs since we moved here and this is the worse staff yet. Tenants hang clothes on the balcony rail outside and this is being done right across from the office. The garbage area is overflowing w/garbage often. The blinds to the window do not fit properly because they are too small. We asked for the carpet cleaner NOT come into the apt unless we were home. We came in from work and they had come and gone. Paint is chipping and haven't been addressed. The gates to get into the community are broken more than they work. When our lease is up in Sept....WE ARE OUT!!!!!!!!!!
