Hello! I am graduating in December and need someone to take over my lease in an all 👩 female apartment. It is a 4 bedroom apartment and it is fully furnished. The lease will end in August. You will have your own room and bathroom. It is right next to UNCC, so you can easily 🚶 walk to campus. There is a 🏊 pool and gym available in the apartment complex.
