Great 🌉 gated community not far from UNCC campus. I am leasing one bedroom in a flat and the person who takes my lease is able to choose their bedroom preferences and 3 roommates since rooms having not been place . This rent is $ a month, which is a good bit CHEAPER than the rent now if you were to sign up. The lease also includes all ulities; furniture, washer & dryer, WIFI, etc.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
