Sep 2019: When I moved to Charlotte 3 years ago I honestly can say I was super scared I had no friends or family here I moved to magnolia terrace based off faith and saying this is me and my little girl new home and it has been just that I am super grateful for all of the staff especially Lynn, tawana and Cassandra they really care about the families that lives here I’m blessed to have experienced my journey with the Magnolia’s and you will be to when you make this your home

May 2019: If you are looking for somewhere that you can honestly call home, you need to come to Magnolia Terrace. The staff are BEYOND helpful and caring, especially Miss Tawana, and I would not change apartment complexes for anything!! The prices are extremely reasonable and the apartments themselves are very modern and adorable!! May 2019: I have lived here for 2 years now and absolutely love it!! The staff is amazing and so sweet. Any time I need anything, they get things done that same day. The property is beautiful, clean and I always feel safe! I love the dog park which allows my dog to burn off some of her energy! The apartment is upgraded and gorgeous! I love living here so much that when my lease was up, I renewed it even though I work on the opposite side of town and my drive is over an hr to work. We did not want to move to an apartment and went to so many places and I was surprised of how bad most of them treated us. I came to Magnolia Terrace by myself just to ride around and look at the place. I was very surprised to see the office was open at 7:15 am so I went inside. Lynne welcomed me and was just fabulous . I was so impressed to be treated so well as soon as we sell our home and move to NC we know where we will be moving to. Cassandra stayed in the office past closing time to help get me situated and did everything in her power to ensure that I would be good to move in the next day. Ever since then, I have absolutely loved living here. We have a security guard that is very friendly and patrols at night time. The office staff is amazing and deserves all of the praise! Aug 2018: Great community, quiet and they have amenties. Pool, club house, fitness center, playground and they are pet friendly i believe they also have a dog park. Review from 5/27/17 on GoogleMay 2017: I have not had a great experience living at Magnolia Terrace. I have lived here for almost a year. Part of why I choose this complex was for the amenities. All of the amenities were closed for months for remodel, while we continued to pay for them. They are now back open but the way the door swipes are set up makes it nearly impossible to get into. I have only been able to use the laundry room and gym when the office is open and someone can open it for me. I have been into the office multiple times about this and nothing has been done to make the access any easier.

I felt a sense of peacefulness when viewing the rooms. I also very much appreciated the staff; especially assistant manager Tawana. She really helped me with the process and helped me decide what was right for me! :) She took into consideration my situation (newly relocted), and gave me genuine advice on how to move forward!

Living at Magnolia Terrace has been an incredible experience! The office staff has been extremely accommodating, they know all the residents by name and they truly care about us. Every maintenance order is always answered unbelievably quickly and they are always fixed! And not to mention the amenities are beautiful! This has been hands down the best apartment living experience I've ever had.

The staff in the office is straight forward and extremely helpful when it comes to any and everything. Tawana has been on top of her game making sure everything went smoothly with our move in and is consistently checking in with us to see if we need anything fixed in the apartment (which we haven't).

Magnolia Terrace gives you the best of city living, with gracious amenities, and a convenient location, especially if you're a student at CPCC or UNCC. However, unlike other apartments, Magnolia is very quiet and has a family oriented atmosphere. The staff makes consistent effort to know their residents and personalize service, especially XXXX! She has been amazing ever since my boyfriend & I walked into the leasing office. Also, the grounds are beautifully kept. It's just a great place to live.
