It runs from August to July and rent is $ per month (cheaper than what it is to sign now). It is individual leasing so you don’t need to worry about a roommatenot paying on ⌚time, and comes with a bunch of cool amenities like a 🏊 pool, washer and dryer in unit, computer lab, 🕶️ tanning booth, a 📺 tv in unit, and an echo dot in unit that you can use to lock your doors and adjust your lights. Below is a list of amenities. You can choose your own roommate since a space has not yet been assigned and they have a roommate preference finder if you would like to use that. 🐕 pet friendly at an extra cost per month and only " steps from campus"!
