This particular apartment is located on the 5th floor which is nice because you have no loud neighbors. There are elevators and stairs that can be used to reach the 5th floor. There is also a parking garage, which comes with a reserved parking space for this particular apartment (the deck can be really crowded without a reserved spot). I have one 👨 👨 maleroommate, so this sublease will need to be a 👨 👨 male. He is very 🎇🎇clean and keeps to himself. He will be gone most of the ⌚⌚time due to having a full ⌚⌚time job. The apartment complex offers so much like a luxury 🊠🏊 pool with cabanas and corn hole. They also throw a lot of events with free 🕠🍕 food and shirts for the residents. They have new management which has been great!
