Zero road/construction noise is audible even with the windows open.
FREE FIBER GIGABIT INTERNET. The building wifi sucks but if you plug in your own router, the ethernet is routed to 2 fiber lines. Typical speeds are ~ mbps, never less than mbps. Sub ms ping, and I&#;ve yet to experience an outage.
🚶 walking to Prospector/Fretwell/etc. takes about minutes at an easy pace from this apartment which is on the campus side of the building.
The kitchen is very nice with granite countertops and a glass stovetop.
My roommate is gone at work weekdays, and while he mostly keeps to himself, he is very friendly.
Initial issues with the brand new apartments have been (finally) worked out, and the new company that owns the building is way better.
