I decided to go to another school and unable to term lease . It’s a 4bedroom 4 bath but only have one 👩 femaleroommate in unit . I haven’t even moved in . SEPTEMBER’S rent is free . Rental insurance is paid up for a year so you wouldn’t have to pay that . I am asking that you pay me $ back from August rent ! But remember September is free and rental insurance is paid up to a year ( you may have to get your own in your name but i can call the insurance company to see for sure ).
