Neighborhood is nice and calm, close to convenient stores, 🍔 restaurants/coffee shops such as, 🍕 food Lion, Starbucks, and Chipotle. Also, 🚶 walking distance to Flying Saucer and Green Way trails. Very close to Light Rail Station less than half an hour commute from apartments to Uptown.

Apartment is available to transfer from December th. Lease is until February , . I am willing to sell washer, dryer, some furniture from IKEA, 📺 tv, printer, and a 🚴 bike with the apartment. The person who wants to continue the lease in the building will be more likely to do so than if applied after February.
