Hello! I am looking for SUBLEASE and to move in by JUNE 1st. Living here would be very convenient for students attending UNCC since the college is right down the road. This is a townhouse and you would be sharing with three other roommates.Utilities include a laundry machine, dryer, and even a dishwasher that go along with the rent :) . The house was updated recently. A renovated kitchen and new flooring. The specific room you will be subleasing includes its own bathroom (which I believe is the most spacious out of all the other rooms). The neighborhood itself includes a 🏊 pool, bbq area, and a gym!
