I am looking for someone to take over my lease and move in ASAP ! I have the biggest room on the bottom floor of the apartment. The apartment has been recently renovated so it has a more modern touch. I have three 👩 femaleroommates who are some of the nicest and 🎇cleanest people I’ve met. Also you have the chance if you want a lease longer then the three months of mine then you can always renew it on your own and stay there as long as you request. The staff in the development are very friendly and helpful and I didn’t have any bad experiences while I was here . Also if you chose to take over my lease and move in at any⌚time during the month of March you will not be responsible for rent until April !
