And it only take 2 min 🚶 walk to the 🚌 bus stop, you can take D or CL to UNC and downtown. Rent is about $ per month plus all utilities, which are usually around $-$ depending on the season. The room is available now and the lease would go through September , but you can decide to stay for one semester or more.
