Sublease available June -July /some⌚time in August (perfect for summer session 2!!!). One bedroom in a three bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Parking is available, it’s on the J 🚌 bus route, and about a minute 🚶 walk from campus. Rent will be about $ plus utilities so I’d say $ a month max (or less) for everything. You would share a bathroom with one other 👩 girl. The complex also has a 🏊 pool, tennis courts, a volleyball court. Additional bedroom with its own bathroom also available. Currently an unfurnished room but can be partially furnished if desired!
