Looking for someone to sublease my room over the Summer, which is available now and lasts through July st. It is part of a 👨👩 co-ed house (2 👨 guys, 2 👩 girls, great to live with!) at McCauley street, right next to campus. There is a fully furnished living space (with 📺 tv and Roku), large backyard, and washer/dryer in house. My room currently fits a Queen-size bed, sofa, and large desk with plenty of space (you can keep this furniture as well!) There is an adjacent bathroom right next to the room, shared with one other roommate. There is also a loft for extra storage/living space accessible by a ladder that&#;s on one of the room&#;s walls. Rent is $ a month, prorated for a partial months stay. Please message me if you&#;re interested or have any questions.
