The apartment is a 1 bedroom at the Lodge at Southpoint. Great location, right beside the mall, across the street from target and other stores. (I can 🚶 walk to target) I work at UNC and it takes me minutes to get there. I also work in Raleigh some⌚times and is about minutes away from there. It is also about minutes from Duke. Super safe area with a lot to do!
It cost $1, to rent my apartment. So if you were interested you would take over my lease & live there June & July for $1,. Then in August you can sign your own lease if you want once those two months are over. It is not furnished. And you would have to pay for internet/cable and duke energy.
They include your water/sewer bill with rent as well as the valet trash services; after those items are included the total comes to $1, a month. Last thing to help you get a good estimate, my duke energy bill for my apartment is around $-$ each month! Never more than $ though
