Both bedrooms and the full bath are on the second floor. Kitchen, living/dining, and the half-bath are on the main floor, with a back door to our cute private patio with 🍔 grill and storage shed. The apartment is fully furnished with what you see in the photo. Clothing and bedding will be cleared prior to move-in. You will be sharing the space with a 🎇clean and considerate UNC graduate student. no pets, please.
