I am subletting my room in a sweet house in Carrboro, NC. The room is private and spacious with large west-facing windows that give beautiful natural light. There is a large closet with sliding doors and a built-in shelf inside. Currently, its furnished with a queen bed, a desk, a large dresser, and a comfy armchair—I can clear out any or all of the furniture or arrange to leave it furnished for you. If you like the house, theres the option to extend to a full lease in August!
The bathroom (shared with two other tenants) has abundant storage space and a ❤️lovely clawfoot tub + shower combo. The kitchen, also shared with the two other upstairs tenants, has tons of storage, counter space, as well as a ⛽gas stove and oven; if you like to cook or bake, you will definitely enjoy this kitchen.
The house is unique in that it has two floors (shared between 7 people total), but each floor has its own living room, kitchen, and bathroom, so its very easy to keep things 🎇clean. Free parking in lot included in the monthly rent. Its 🚶 walking distance from the Carrboro farmers market (a one-minute 🚶 walk!), Harris Teeter and Weaver Street, and many coffee shops/bars/🍔 restaurants. minute 🚌 bus or 🚴 bike ride to UNC Chapel Hill. Less than a minute 🚶 walk to two J-route🚌 bus stops and a two-three minute 🚶 walk to the nearest CW stop.
$ per month rent includes all utilities and internet—this rate is down from $ per month. Move in date is June 1st, but Id be willing to negotiate earlier for no additional cost.
About the housemates: All 👩 female young professionals (doing nursing, teaching, etc.) and graduate students in public health, materials science, and art history. Wed like to keep it to women & non-binary folks. Its a pretty quiet house and the housemates are very 🎇clean, respectful, fun, and easy to talk to.
Please feel free to email or text if you are interested! I would ❤️love to hear from you and am open to reasonable offers on the price of monthly rent.
