House is in the neighborhood across from Merritt&#;s. Lease runs until July th. It has large windows, an open floor plan and lots of natural light. Will send more pics and videos upon request!
Rent- $ per month (including 🌊 water and utilities)
Location- a little under a mile from campus, and I usually 🚶 walk, but it’s also along several 🚌 bus lines w/ stops right across the street.
Utilities- Two full kitchens, each with a dishwasher and ⛄ fridge. Two sets of washers and dryers (one upstairs and one downstairs). Enough parking for 8 cars. Two patios (upstairs and downstairs). Also obvious stuff like hot 🌊 water, A/C etc.
The Room- Master bedroom. Connected with master bathroom- toilet with separate door, full huge shower, 2 sinks, big tub. The room is carpeted, with full closet.
If you are interested, message me with any questions you have!! I will be moving out of the house pretty soon after graduation, but if you need to move anything in before that ⌚time, dates can be pretty flexible.
