Hi everyone! I have a lease at Collins Crossing that I’m looking to have taken over starting as early as May th, . It is a private bedroom in a two bed/two bath apartment. The space includes a granite topped counter kitchen, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a large dining/study area. The apartment will be shared with a recently graduated UNC student. Apartment will be 👩 female-only in addition to no pets. Preference in people who respect a quiet shared space.
