I am subletting my fully-furnished room and private bathroom in Carrboro between May - August, . My apartment is part of the Collins Crossing complex. I am a first-year graduate student was lucky enough to find a kind, easy-to-live-with roommate that will be sticking around during the summer while I go intern abroad. All my furniture will remain in my room (bed, desk, drawer, spacious closet) and will be emptied for your convenience and comfortable use. There is a well-equipped kitchen (☢ microwave, dishwasher, stove, ⛄ refrigerator), shared dining room area, and shared living room that you are welcome to use.
Rent for the room is $. This includes a private bathroom and an in-unit washer/dryer. It also includes 🌊 water, sewer, and trash utility bills. On-site management team also helps with any repairs or maintenance you need during the day. The only utilities that will need to be paid are cable/internet ($., negotiable if you don&#;t plan on using either) and 💡electricity (ranges between $ - $, depending on use). You will have your own parking spot right outside the apartment. The apartment complex also includes a convenient gym and a great 🏊 pool area.
The apartment is located about one minute from the J 🚍 bus stop. From here, the J 🚍 bus will take you to campus in no more than minutes. It is a ten-minute 🚶 walk away from downtown Carrboro where you can find fun 🍔 restaurants and shops. It is also a ten-minute 🚶 walk from a grocerystore. Across the street, you will find a ⛽gas station and convenience store.
