Neither of my roommates will be living here over the summer, so you will essentially have the apartment to yourself; bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen, laundry room, and balcony. Unit is on the top floor. Apartment is 🎇clean. Asking for a price below what I actually pay for rent. Great for summer school students.
