This is a great apartment for a couple of students as the bedrooms are on opposite side of the apartment each with a full bath! The shared space is open with lots of updates, in fact it is one of the most updated (if not the most updated) apartments in the complex! You can enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar or cozy up by the fire place. There is a nice porch that looks out over the forest reserve directly behind the apartment. Amenities include a 🏊 pool, gym, tennis court, & dog park. You would be very close to everything (takes less that 2 mins to drive to town and a minute or two more than that to get to campus). While being close to town, the apartment is situated in a wooded area, great for anyone who ❤️loves nature. If you like to hike, the apartment is next to a beautiful forest reserve full of wildlife. In fact, a short hike brings you to Morgan Creek and from there you can follow the creek trail to University Lake. This would be great for college students or small families as we are very close to Carrboro schools. Almost all of your neighbors are students, with a few young professionals.
