Looking for someone to sublease a room in our house from January - July as one of our roommates had to unexpectedly leave UNC after the Fall semester.
The house comes furnished minus the available bedroom. Available bedroom is private with its own bathroom (standing shower) and closet. This bedroom is located on the main floor so moving in would be relatively easy without having to go up and down the stairs!
The house is located in downtown Carrboro just steps from the Weaver Street Market as well as numerous 🍔 restaurants and coffee shops. UNC Campus is 1.2miles away, a minute 🚶 walk on the Carrboro 🚴 bikeway. It is also located on the J, CW, and F 🚌 bus routes, all of which are super close to the house and are a 6 minute ride to campus.
