Hey all! I&#;ll be studying abroad next semster, so I&#;m looking to sublet my room in an apartment from January 6th to May(The date can be flexible). Rent is $ a month, which includes 🌊 water, high-speed internet, and 💡electricity.
I live in a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with two great roommates. Our place is one-minute 🚶 walk to Franklin Street, less than a 8 min 🚴 bike ride to UNC main campus and about mins 🚶 walk from the main school campus. There is also a 🚍 bus stop 1 min 🚶 walk away. You can take the J bus, F bus, CW 🚍 bus for free to get to the main campus for about mins.
We have an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and the living room is furnished & the kitchen is pretty well set up with appliances fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, disposal, oven, ☢ microwave).
My bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a 📺 tv, a closet, a desk, and a chair. 🎇clean blankets and bedsheet will be provided.
