hello! we are two graduate students in Chapel Hill looking for a roommate. You have an unfurnished private room but share a bathroom with one other person. Apartment complex comes with a newly renovated gym and 🏊 pool, along with business rooms and free coffee/cookies. The apartment is newly renovated as well, with granite countertops and new floors. We have two cats but they are very sweet and quiet (even according to non-cat fans). Looking for a roommate who is 🎇clean, non smoker, and respectful of our schedule/study ⌚time. The apartment is furnished, has plenty of parking, and has easy access to the 🚍 bus line in Chapel Hill. Also is super close to groceries, Starbucks, 🍔 restaurants, etc.
