I&#;m trying to sublease my private bedroom at WaHu Student Living in Stadium Village right next to the University of Minnesota. My bedroom is within a 4 bed/2 bathroom unit; at the moment one room is subleased for the summer but it&#;s possible the other two will be also. WaHu is a great building because it has tons of amenities, it&#;s really quiet, and it&#;s across the street from the light rail station.
The rent is typically $/month plus some utilities plus a reletting fee. I am willing to pay the reletting fee and the rent can be negotiable as well! There is also indoor parking that can be purchased from the building.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
