Looking for 2 people to take over lease for spring semester at the Venue in Dinkytown. The apartment is fully furnished which includes a queen size bunk bed with mattress and there are beautiful floor to ceiling windows in living room. Current roommates staying here are very nice, 🎇clean, and like to cook really good 🍕 food. Everything is included in rent except 💡electricity. The Venue also has a gym and study room and is right across the street from Target!
