My roommate and I are looking to sublet our shared room at the University Commons!
Where: University Commons in Stadium Village
Monthly Rate: $ each (includes utilities and internet)
When: January - August 5th (end of lease)
Who: Two 👩 femaleroommates looking for two people to sublet our room (2 slots available in 1 shared room).
We will accept couples. We will also accept single applicants but we will be filling both slots in the shared room so you may not know your roommate ahead of ⌚time if you apply by yourself. If not a couple (romantically) we would prefer only 👩 female applicants.
The apartment and room are furnished. You will get your own bed, desk and chair, two double-drawer storage units, and your own closet. Your other roommates are 2 extremely nice and easy-going 👩 females.
University Commons is really close to campus and has many amenities including a gym, hot tub, free printing computer lab, game room, and 🍔 grilling area. There is also parking available.
