The Station is not without faults, but it is absolutely fantastic overall. I paid ~$600 a month to share a bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment (currently listed as "The Two 3" on their website). That's pricey, but it's worth every penny. The location is the best you can get, service is excellent, and the apartments are stylish, well laid-out, and comfortable.
Since it has been mentioned in other reviews: We had an issue with a homeless guy sneaking into the lobby and smoking(!) there. They hired a security company to monitor the lobby at night. Never had a problem again.
The maintenance guy at The Station is outstanding. He is friendly, and he gets the job done right the first time. That alone is worth the difference in price between The Station and cheaper student apartments.
The office's hours are reasonable, and they respond to emails quickly. The online resident portal is a bit clunky- just make sure you give yourself a bit of time to get everything set up Review from Google
Jun 2019: really like the location and the shared bedrooms are so cute and cozy. I like the living with with a tv and microwave. Nichole is really nice to talk with about apartment lease. Recommend if you want to save some money in the fall. Work with you so you feel comfortable getting work request and help. Come here instead, it is better suited for your needs and near the lightrail. Review from Google

May 2019: Great staff, apartment, and location. Very prompt responses and effective solutions to any potential maintenance problems you may encounter (which is unlikely, in the first place.) For example, Greg in maintenance is always willing to go the extra mile, and has a ready solution to any problem, even outside of work hours. Highly recommend! Review from GoogleFeb 2019: I would give 0 if there is such an option due to the following reasons:
1) Station is right next to a much taller apartment complex Hub, which means the view and sunlight are completely blocked for one side of Station. Unfortunately, my room is on this particular side of Station. The two buildings are so close to each other that my room is almost completely dark in daytime. However, when I signed the lease with Station, Station did not inform me of this situation and charged me the same rent as that of my roommate, whose room faced toward the Graduate Hotel without the blocking from Hub. After moving in, Station refused to negotiate about the rent and lied to me that they charged me less than my roommate. They also kindly suggested that if I wanted to feel the sunlight, I could simply sit in the living room.

Oct 2018: I lived there for 3 years. The apartments are well furnished and designed. It comes fully furnished with even the TV and cable boxes. The internet, water, etc are all included except the gas and electricity. Their staff was usually helpful and respectful. Never had any problems. Their amenities are good, including a computer room, printer, study areas, gym, tanning room, but they don't have a game room or a theater room, unlike other nearby buildings. Aug 2018: I have lived here for a year. It is a great place to stay. All workers in office are very friendly and solved problems fast. If you have questions, it would be answered in a hour. Never got a package lost. It is very close to school, only 3mins or less walk time. Internet speed is fast. No problem with games. I love this place so much I would recommend it to everyone. Only one thing to pay attention. This place is not so safe after 11pm or 12am. You can find homeless in 1st floor during that time. Other than that I think this place is perfect. Reasonable rent cost, particularly considering the location of the building. Timely swift, responsive and effective maintenance services. No rodents or insects. The building is being kept immaculate. The staff is friendly and responsive to your inquires regarding the building experience.
