I&#;m looking for two people to take over mine and my roommates leases! The unit is a newly-renovated apartment (this is the first year people will be using it!), 2 bedroom 2 bath with a full-sized washer and dryerincluded. The base rent rate is $ per person and the rent covers internet, cable📺 tv (HBO, NFL Network), 🌊 water, trash, and sewer. 💡electricity is not covered and is a $ monthly fee per person. The apartment is also completely furnished (with newly renovated furniture), has a dishwasher, ☢ microwave, stove, ⛄ fridge/freezer with an ice maker, hardwood floors in living room and hall ways (carpet in the rooms), granite counter tops, allows 🐕 pets (with an extra 🐕 pet fee), and there is underground parking/off street parking (for an extra fee as well). The building itself has private study rooms, a hour arcade and game room (emulator machine for many video games, ping pong, 🏊 pool table, shuffle board), trash shoots on each floor, a workout room, a theater room, a very comfortable commons area, a nicely decorated outside patio in the middle of the entire complex that has lounge chairs with giant scrabble and chess, and an office center that offers free printing!
Thursday, August th, was the move-in date/lease start date, but I haven’t moved it. You would be able to move in at any⌚time. The lease goes until August 8th, --about a year lease.
