The room could be yours from June 1st to July st for just per month or total. (Also willing to negotiate) You can move in sooner if you like. It is furnished with an in-unit washer/dryer and it has it&#;s own bathroom in the private room. There is only one other person in the apartment who has their own private bedroom and bathroom.
