We all have private bedrooms and bathrooms and share the living room, kitchen and other common areas. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and other standard amenities. The complex also offers a gym, yoga studio, computer lab and theater room.
It is conveniently located a few blocks from the green line light rail, University Avenue and I-. The apartment is also only a minute 🚶 walk from the University of Minnesota.
The listed price includes all costs AND an underground parking spot. It&#;s a quiet area and a great place to live. Unfortunately, our unit does not allow dogs or cats. Please, send me an email if you are at all interested! Thank you!
