Hey 👨 guys, I&#;m looking for a sublease this summer if you or someone you know is looking for a place to stay. It&#;s at the Quad on Delaware (formerly Stadium View). The lease goes until August 7th, . It&#;s $ per month. That includes all utilities (even WiFi). It has a personal bathroom, parking spot, bedroom, etc. The room is a full sized bed, a desk, two small dressers and two wardrobes as shown in the pictures. The Quad offers great amenities including a full gym, arcade games, study areas, computer lab, and a theater that seats people. It&#;s in Stadium Village about two blocks from the Lightrail. It&#;s a four-person apartment but only two of my roommates will be staying the summer. The two staying back are 👩 girls if that affects anything. The third roommate might be in and out a bit but he will be living in Illinois primarily this summer. They&#;re also students at UMN and good people.
