The Marshall is indisputably the nicest apartment complex in Dinkytown with amenities including: basketball court, gym (machines and free weights), indoor 🏊 pool, 🏊 pool tables, ping pong table, comfortable lounge seating, three courtyards, computer lab, free printing, sand volleyball, outdoor 🍔 grills, and more. Also, it’s extremely close to campus (3 blocks), bars, and 🍔 restaurants (both less than 1 block).
As for the apartment itself, it has a tempurpedic twin XL mattress, 4 drawers of storage space, a desk w/ chair, carpeted bedroom, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, juliet balcony, washer and dryer in unit, and will have a full set of kitchenware (pots, pans, bowls, utensils, etc.) to use, as well as a 📺 tv and projector.
